OUR POLICY

Do you have cancellation policy? 
We have adopted a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services we appreciate your consideration to call and notify us if rescheduling needs to be made. 

Day of cancellation requires a $30 fee I order to be serviced in the future.

 “No Shows” are responsible for 50% of the cost of the service in order to reschedule.


Do you have Early, Late or squeeze in  Appointments? 
Yes, for an additional cost of $30 we can accommodate to your schedule.

Do you have a service guarantee policy? 
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us while at the salon and we will try our best to meet your expectations.

Do you sell Gift Certificates? 
Yes, please let us know the type of service or amount you are trying to purchase.
